"Additional Consistency Discount Conditions” means cumulatively the following conditions:
(a) the timely settlement by the Customer of each (estimated and final) bill, by the issuance of each relevant final bill that settles the consumption of the Installation for the Application Period,
(b) during the relevant calendar month, the Final Variable Price for a Timely-Paying Customer exceeds the Maximum Cap,
(c) during the last twelve (12) calendar months prior to the submission of the Application, the Customer must not have been contracted with the Supplier for the Installation under the Protergia Residential Value Flex tariff or under any of the Supplier’s tariffs marketed under the commercial names “Value Easy”, “Value Swift”, “Value Swift OnTime”, “Value Swift OnTime Deal”, “Value Deal OnTime”, or “Value Pulse”, regardless of the duration of participation in those tariffs.
Charges
The above charges do not include 6% VAT.
Regulated tariffs are the same for all consumers, depending on the invoice category, regardless of the supplier they have chosen, and relate to the charges borne by all consumers using electricity infrastructure (i.e. electricity transmission system charges, electricity distribution grid charges), public utility charges, and special duty of pollutants emissions reduction.
