Standing order of payment via bank account

If a standing order of payment via bank account is selected, the Customer shall not be bound to pay the guarantee specified below, without prejudice to the following:

(a) If, despite choosing the above payment methods of bills, the standing order is not activated until the first bill repayment date received by the customer, the Supplier may charge the amount of the guarantee in the second subsequent bill and the customer shall be liable to pay the bill by its due date.
(b) If, despite choosing and activating the above method of bills payment, two successive consumption bills are not fully paid through the standing order or if the standing order is revoked by the Customer, the Supplier may charge the guarantee amount to the next in-line consumption bill and the Customer will be required to pay it within the due date of this bill.
