We created the new app to give you full control of your energy right at your fingertips.

Starting from 14/04/2025, you will be able to follow the registration steps with a new username and password.
IMPORTANT! The electricity supply number now consists of 12 digits, simply add a zero at the end.

• Ability to submit your meter reading so you can receive a monthly billing statement

- IMPORTANT! The electricity supply number essentially remains the same, with the addition of a 12th auxiliary digit at the end, which will be zero (0).
- If you have more than one electricity or gas supply on your account, they will gradually be transferred to the NEW Protergia App as they are processed. Until the transfer is complete, you can manage them through the existing myprotergia app (ex w+v).
- During the transition of your supplies into Protergia’s systems, the "Services" section will be temporarily disabled. For any assistance, call us at 183 11 or visit one of our 85 stores across Greece.
