Our goal is to help you understand your consumption and energy profile. On our part, we will design products and services based on the consumption data from the smart meters, which will bring value to you.

The smart meter collects and sends data via its own autonomous network (independent of your home Wi-Fi), and the data concerns ONLY the energy consumption of the installation. The smart meter does not record or send any additional information.

You can monitor your consumption through our updated app, ProtergiaApp, available on Web, iOS, and Android.

The smart meter does NOT affect the electrical panel in any way, as no wires are cut or additional loads are added. The operation of your electrical installation is not affected and will continue to function exactly as before. The meter also does NOT consume a lot of energy, as it requires almost no energy. Finally, the meter does NOT affect your home internet, as it uses its own autonomous system to communicate data and does not use your home Wi-Fi.

The meter is installed by Protergia's specialized partners (installers/electricians) who have the required training and professionalism.

The meter we install is a smart meter placed in the electrical panel and is independent of the smart meters installed by DEDDIE. In practice, this means that as a user of the Smart Meter, you will have the opportunity to know and optimize your home's consumption, while your valuable feedback will help us improve the project together!
