**According to Article 138 of Law 4951/2022, for the consumption of the period from 01.08.2022 to 01.10.2023 (as this may be extended or reduced by newer legislation), the fixed charges and the electricity supply charges are announced on a monthly basis, until the 20th day of the previous month from the month of application. For the period outside the Suspension of the Readjustment Clause, based on Article 138, Law 4951/2022, for the calculation of the Floating Supply Charge, the Weighted Average Market Price (MTA) is used for each month of the consumption period in €/MWh.
After the end of the 24-month Contract Term, customers switch to the corresponding Basic Invoicing with Fixed €1/month
NATURAL GAS:
Type of calculation of gas supply price in € / kWh = [ Unit monthly TTF price for each month of the consumption period in €/MWh, as published on the penultimate working day of the previous month in question, on the EEX website in the monthly report of the Monthly Index table "https://www.eex.com/en/market-data/natural-gas/indices" ] / 1000 + for the autonomous has a fixed leg [ 0.01 €/kWh ]. ELECTRICITY:
