  • A certain number of people in the store according to what is defined by the legislation
  • Maintaining a distance of 2 meters between customers
  • Safety windows at service stations and at the checkout
  • Use of antiseptic by staff and recommendation for use by customers
  • Systematic disinfection in all areas of the stores

All Protergia stores operate with the Certificate of Compliance with Health Protocols "SAFE RESTART" by the certification body TÜV HELLAS.

According to the announcement of the Hellenic Banking Association, from Tuesday, August 4, 2020 until later, the payments of third party bills (energy, water, telephony, pay-TV, etc.) will not be made in the bank branches with physical presence only through internet / mobile banking or ATMs.

• Through the myprotergia app that Protergia provides free to its customers. If you are not already a registered user, watch how-to video.
• Through the Livepay application, with any card except Diners and American Express
• By standing order, web & phone banking through the winbank application of Piraeus Bank
• Via web, phone and mobile banking at the following banks: ALPHA BANK, EUROBANK,  NBG

Paying bills online is a simple process described in detail below with all the steps necessary for each available payment method:

•        Login to the myprotergia app

•        From the menu on the left, select the field “My bills”

•        Select “Pay Bill” and then click on the green icon “Pay online / Online payment”

•        You can select 1 of 3 different payment methods

•        Enter the required information and complete the payment

•        Enter the Live-Pay environment: www.livepay.gr

•        For “Direct Payment”, type the word “Protergia” in the box

•        Fill out all the required information and complete the payment


Protergia website

•        Open the Protergia website: www.protergia.gr

•        On the home page, scroll down and look for “Online bill payment” in the menu on the lower left

•        Enter your details in the form that appears, select the type of card you want to use and complete the payment


On the website of your preferred bank which works directly with Protergia (Piraeus Bank, Alpha Bank, National Bank of Greece, Eurobank):

  • Login to your account and select the bill payment you want to make from the menu
  • Under energy companies, select Protergia, fill in the payment code and amount on your bill and complete the payment
