In the context of the materiality of related issues to responsible and sustainable development, we implemented for the first time in 2013, a Mapping Project of environmental and social issues in which our operation has the greatest impact, both in our internal and external environment. The implementation of this project allowed us:
• To identify those areas requiring systematic confrontation based on the particularities of our business activities.
• To formulate and objectify 29 CSR policies
• To define specific actions to gradual implementation in more than 20 CSR areas and
• To designate specific KPI's actions for recording and evaluating their effectiveness in 23 different areas related to the four main CSR axes (Environment - Employment Practices - Society - Market).
