Step 1
Open the ProtergiaApp!
f you haven’t downloaded it yet, scan the QR Code or use the store links below.
Step 2
Copy your unique Charge Up voucher code from the app’s homepage.
Each electricity supply has its own unique code. You are entitled to as many vouchers as the number of electricity supplies you have with Protergia.
Step 4
In the main menu, select «Redeem Voucher».
Step 5
That’s it!
Enjoy free charging on the Chargespot network.

-Valid for both new and existing customers until 31/03/2025.
-The free kWh are provided as a €25 voucher, equivalent to:
• 65.8 kWh for charging on AC chargers
• 58.1 kWh for charging on DC chargers ≤40kW
• 47.2 kWh for charging on DC chargers >40kW
- The above kWh values are calculated assuming the full amount is used exclusively on the mentioned charger type (e.g., only AC). If the €25 voucher is used across both AC and DC chargers, the kWh are adjusted accordingly.
- Each voucher corresponds to one electricity supply contract.(e.g., if a customer has 2 electricity supplies, they are entitled to €50)
